Punch Proofs

For personalized cards (whether design or text), you will receive a proof before we begin to print your order. By providing our customers with a complimentary proof before production we ensure a higher likelihood of customer satisfaction on our high quality products.

When?
You will receive your proof within 1 – 2 business days after you have submitted your order. Custom designs may take longer. You will receive an email when your proofs are ready to view.

What?
You will receive a proof of every personalized item ordered.

How?
Punch Street provides you with a link to view your proof online. You can make changes in the system. If there are no changes to be made, you can click approve and submit.

Cost?
We provide up to 2 complimentary proofs for each item purchased. Any additional proofs/revisions will be a $25 fee for each subsequent set of proofs.

Oops & Other Mistakes
Our talented Punch Street staff works hands on with your order in an attempt to spot mistakes and/or any errors. However, the responsibility to double check and ensure that there are no errors on your order lies with you, the customer. Any errors overlooked by the customer and identified after final proof will be an additional charge.

Any errors made by Punch Street at any time during the finalization process will be corrected at no cost to you.
